Hotel Rules

Our accommodation facility has established the following rules based on Article 10 of the Accommodation Agreement to ensure a safe and comfortable stay for all guests. If these rules are not followed, we may refuse your stay at our facility. Additionally, in the event of an accident, guests may be held responsible for any damages incurred. Please be especially mindful of these regulations.

  1. Use of Guest Rooms and Hotel Premises
    1. The “Evacuation Route Map” is displayed on the inside of each guest room door. Please check it upon arrival.
    2. Do not use heating or cooking appliances such as stoves or candles inside the guest rooms or hallways. Cooking inside guest rooms is also prohibited.
    3. All guest rooms are non-smoking, including heated tobacco products. If smoking is detected in a guest room, cleaning and repair costs for bedding, curtains, wallpaper, and other items will be charged to the guest. Please use designated smoking areas within the hotel.
    4. Guest rooms may not be used for any purpose other than lodging without prior permission from the hotel.
    5. Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. Visitors cannot stay in guest rooms.
    6. Do not invite non-registered guests into your room. Please meet visitors in the lobby.
    7. When staying in your room or sleeping, always use the door latch for security.
    8. Do not leave personal belongings unattended in public areas.
    9. Do not place items near windows that may affect the external appearance of the building.
    10. Do not use hotel facilities or fixtures in ways that differ from their intended purpose or in a manner that may cause significant damage.
    11. Do not use personal heating appliances, rice cookers, irons, hair dryers, or similar devices, except for those provided or loaned by the hotel.
    12. If hotel property (buildings, furniture, fixtures, or other items) is damaged, lost, taken away, or requires special cleaning due to the guest’s actions (intentional or accidental), the guest will be charged the corresponding cost.
    13. Charges apply for using external phone lines from the guest room.
  2. Handling of Guest Room Keys
    1. Always lock your door when leaving your room.
    2. Return your room key upon check-out. If the key is not returned, the guest will be charged for the replacement cost.
  3. Handling of Valuables and Lost Items
    1. Guests are encouraged to store valuables such as jewelry in the front desk safe deposit box (free of charge). Some rooms may also have an in-room safe for personal use. However, the hotel does not take responsibility for any loss, damage, or theft that occurs while using the in-room safe.
    2. Items left at the front desk or cloakroom will be stored for up to seven (7) days, unless otherwise specified.
    3. If a guest leaves behind personal belongings (excluding valuables) after check-out, the hotel wait for contact the owner and wait for instructions. If no response is received within one month, the hotel may dispose of the items. However, food, beverages, cigarettes, and magazines will be discarded immediately. Any unclaimed valuables will be turned over to the police in accordance with Japan’s Lost Property Act.
  4. Payment
    1. Payments should be made at the front desk in Japanese currency or using hotel-approved accommodation vouchers or credit cards. Checks (including traveler’s checks) are not accepted.
    2. Payment must be made either upon check-in or when requested by the front desk.
    3. If a third party is responsible for covering the guest’s expenses but fails to pay by the specified due date, the guest will be required to pay the amount directly.
    4. If you need to change your scheduled length of stay, please notify the front desk in advance. Any extensions require prior payment.
    5. The hotel does not provide advance payments for shopping, meals, airline/train/bus tickets, taxi fares, or parcel deliveries.
  5. Other Prohibited Actions
    1. Do not take hotel property (furniture, fixtures, amenities) out of the room. If any damage or unauthorized removal is discovered, the hotel will charge the guest the corresponding amount.
    2. Do not dye your hair inside the guest rooms or anywhere on the premises. If the bathroom, sink, or other hotel facilities are stained, cleaning and repair costs will be charged.
    3. The following items are prohibited inside the hotel premises:
      • Pets or any other animals.
      • Items that emit strong odors.
      • Large quantities of items that could disrupt operations.
      • Flammable or explosive materials such as gunpowder or gasoline.
      • Weapons such as guns or swords that are not legally permitted.
      • Any items prohibited by Japanese law.
    4. The hotel reserves the right to refuse service to guests who:
      • Are affiliated with criminal organizations, gangs, or related entities.
      • Are members of antisocial organizations.
      • Engage in acts of violence, threats, intimidation, or coercion.
      • Are unable to ensure their own safety due to mental illness or substance use, posing a potential risk to other guests.
      • Continue to violate hotel rules even after being warned.
    5. Gambling or other disruptive activities that may disturb public order are prohibited.
    6. Loud noises, shouting, or disruptive behavior that disturbs other guests is not permitted.
    7. Do not enter staff-only areas without permission.
    8. Do not distribute advertisements, post flyers, or sell goods within the hotel without permission.
    9. Minors are not allowed to stay alone without parental consent.
    10. Photography that disturbs other guests is strictly prohibited. Additionally, any photos taken within the hotel premises cannot be publicly used for commercial purposes without permission. Unauthorized commercial use may result in legal action.
    11. Follow the specific rules of any hotel facilities and amenities when using them.
    12. Any actions similar to the above that may cause issues for other guests will result in refusal of service.
  6. Parking
    • Our hotel does not have a parking lot. However, if a guest uses an affiliated parking facility, we will provide a ¥1,000 discount voucher per night for parking fees.
